The purpose of the Project Manager is to support the regional construction department in the management of all construction ongoing projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all Wholesale, Outlet and Travel Retail construction projects
  • Support on repair and maintenance for all Wholesale doors
  • Financially manage construction projects from budgeting to close out & chargebacks
  • Align with internal and external stakeholders with regards to updates, schedules and budgets
  • Distribute weekly recap minutes for all current and on-going projects
  • Provide the corporate procurement team with yearly material projections
  • Provide the region with feasibility studies for potential stores/shop-in-shops
  • Support the regional construction team with fabrication of needed forms and processes
  • Support the finance team with chargeback invoicing and necessary forms
