Brooklyn has no shortage of converted warehouses, but one in particular, in the trendy, under-the-tourist-radar magnet of Greenpoint, has more to offer than most. Opened in early 2017 on Norman Avenue, A/D/O is a creative space unlike any other, merging art, design, retail, food, and community engagement under one mural-covered roof.
Simpson Gumpertz & Heger, a national engineering firm that designs, investigates and rehabilitates structures has worked at this very interesting project.
