The 11,000-square-foot restaurant at 2501 M St. NW began taking reservations at 10 a.m. today for the opening and beyond. Nobu, which comes from chef Nobu Matsuhisa, has 40 locations in cities around the world, with several more expected to open in the next year.
The 250-seat restaurant includes a 12-seat sushi bar, a 14-seat cocktail bar, as well as some soft lounge seating, and up to four different private dining spaces.
