Tell us about your company. What kind of product or service do you provide?
Ace Architectural Millwork is an award-winning diversified millwork company based out of Richmond, BC. We were founded on July 1, 1995, a privately held firm with the owner’s roots in the woodworking industry dating back three generations.
The millwork division specializes in high-end luxury retail interiors. With a well-equipped facility furnished with the latest wood processing equipment, we’re capable of producing and delivering the quality of product that our clients expect.
But although we have the latest and greatest equipment, we are even more proud of the team of skilled craftsmen we’ve assembled over the years. With capabilities like in-house fabric-work, glass showcase assembly, and electrical wiring with UL certification, we can deliver a complete product to our clients.

What inspired the business and where is your company today?
We are used to getting challenged in regards of design and manufacturing. We always meet our schedule and are very proud of the final outcome.

Ace Architectural Millwork executes projects in Canada, USA, Hawaii, Mexico, Caribbean
Is your company specialized in completing projects in a specific industry, e.g. Food & Beverage?
The company is specialized on producing and delivering high-end luxury retail projects.
Tell us about one specific project you worked on and which challenges you solved?
Dior Hotel Vancouver, 10,000 sqft Men’s and Women’s Store. The challenge was the coordination with the other trades which were not used to deal with precise layouts and the requirements what the project needed to be completed successfully on time and with the expected quality. We took over the lead to drive the project to a successful end and for this project, we won the gold medal for service and quality.
The client’s comment “without Ace Millwork we would not be able to open the store on time.
On another project, we had scheduled 11 weeks installation for a 10,000 sqft store we were asked to install in 3 weeks. We agreed to a 4 weeks installation schedule and had to work on site 4 weeks, 7 days, 14 hours per day and we turned over the store on time, punch free.

Which milestones are you planning to achieve in the next 12 months?
We are currently focused on developing new partnerships with new luxury branches for high-end retail
