Tell us about your company. What kind of product or service do you provide?

IDEAL Interiors is a leading organization that provides top-quality construction management, general contracting and design/build services from New York City. Our contractors and designers have experience working on innovative projects in retail, commercial, financial, religious, pharmaceutical, institutional and government sectors. We offer our clients expert construction teams and a high standard of quality through our values of honesty, timeliness, and integrity. We are a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Firm, certified in NY, NJ & PA.


What inspired the business and where is your company today?

As the company turned 20 years old this month, I’ve had the time to reflect on the past 20 years and the reasons why I am so proud of IDEAL Interiors and it’s surpassing growth as well as all the reasons why the company was established.

I started IDEAL 20 years ago as I felt passionate to give my clients the type of service I felt they deserved. I felt as a leader, I could develop and work with a team to give the exact service I had been giving on my own at that time close to 10 years. I felt as a general contractor providing a service to deliver a quality product, on time and on budget is what builds and maintains relationships; exceeding the expectations by supplying other services such as great value engineering ideas, qualified staff, etc.


How many employees does your company currently have? Do you have offices in different States?

The company currently holds 25 full time persons and steadily growing as the project increases. Ideal Interiors office is based out of Midtown Manhattan.

Is your company specialized in completing projects in a specific industry, e.g. Food & Beverage?

Our firm specializes in various industries for instance; retail, financial, commercial, interior office fit-outs, institutional, and pharmaceutical.

In which geographic area did you complete the majority of your projects?

New York & New Jersey are the Geographic areas that we are very familiar with and work with subcontractors that we have long-lasting relationships with.

Tell us about one specific project you worked on and which challenges you solved?

Every project has its challenges, working on projects that require coordination and problem-solving tactics are what we specialize in. Being a preferred general contractor with multiple Universities, Medical Centers, and Authorities such as the Port Authority and MTA, there never seem to be too few challenges to solve.

Which milestones are you planning to achieve in the next 12 months? 

Our team is looking to grow 25% in the next year and looking to take on more retail, development, and medical clients.

What do you like most about 4URSPACE?

I feel 4URSPACE allows the design/construction & retail/food & beverage industry to network internally on it’s own platform rather than being over saturated with multiple industries.
