The restaurant returned after a monthlong hiatus and revamp, with a new design that includes the addition of a butcher room and a rotisserie. Near the Manzo entrance, visitors will find a glass-enclosed butcher room, for tasks like breaking down whole carcasses into cuts for both the restaurant and the market’s retail counter.
