French luxury brand Chanel has launched its new Chicago store alongside fellow high-end retailers from Tom Ford to Dolce & Gabbana on Oak Street.
Set to open on Wednesday, January 30, during one of the most blisteringly cold days of January weather the Midwest has ever seen, the 10,000-square-foot store on Oak Avenue marks the newest addition to the brand’s collection of worldwide boutiques.
Designed by architect and frequent Chanel collaborator Peter Marino, the 10,000-sq.-ft., two-floor boutique provides shoppers with 2,800 more sq. ft. than the company’s previous Chicago outpost at the Drake Hotel
