This ambitious project is the result of the vision of Luciano Cimmino, entrepreneur president of Pianoforte Holding, which owns the brands Yamamay, Carpisa, and Jaked. The Restaurant opened a few days ago in Florence, in Via de ‘Brunelleschi 11, between Piazza Repubblica and Piazza Duomo, on three levels for 1,500 square meters.

A sophisticated and welcoming restaurant, designed by Studio Redaelli e Associati, in collaboration with Costa Group, the Italian company specialized, for over 40 years, in the design and furnishings for Food & Beverage. Franco Costa, President of the Costa Group, comments “It was a privilege to have participated in this magnificent project with the creation of unique and memorable furnishings”.

Costa Group, a company specialized in the design and fitting of public F&B shops, boasts more than 6.000 shops worldwide and many collaborations with important brands in the Food & Retail industry.
