- Acne Studios
Acne Studios opened in a 200-square-meter space spread across two floors on March 9, 2023 at 85 NE 41st. The location is also next to Diesel and directly across the street from Golden Goose, two stores also included on this list. In our exclusive video, we take you into the store and up the spiral staircase to show the extensive range of men’s and women’s ready-to-wear attire, footwear, and a curated selection of accessories, including the iconic Musubi Bag.
2. AMI Paris
On May 22, 2023, AMI Paris unveiled its largest store in the United States, located at 99 NE 39th St in Miami Design District. Founded in 2011 by the visionary creative director, Alexandre Mattiussi, AMI Paris, which translates to “friend” in French, has carved its niche in the world of fashion with a reputation for effortlessly blending casual and chic French styles for both men and women.
3. Diesel
On July 21, 2023, Diesel opened its doors in the Miami Design District at 81 NE 41st St.

4. Elle’s
Opening its doors last November on 140 NE 39th St, Elle’s marked a significant milestone as the first lingerie boutique to grace the District. Elle’s extensive offerings include a curated selection of swimwear, apparel, and lingerie products, all carefully chosen for their exceptional quality and innovative designs sourced from across the globe. From the swimwear collections by Milan-based Oséree to the creations of London’s Coco de Mer, Elle’s introduces its version of luxury to the Miami market.
5. Fendi Casa
On November 30th of last year, Fendi opened its luxurious Casa flagship store at 4100 NE 2nd Ave, coinciding with Miami Art and Design Week. Nestled within a sleek concrete structure boasting expansive windows on two levels, the Miami boutique covers 591 square meters.
6. Golden Goose
Golden Goose extended a warm welcome to visitors this past summer, on June 16, 2023, at 4052 NE 1st Ave in the heart of the Miami Design District. Founded in 2000, the brand has made an unwavering commitment to crafting designs that embrace imperfection and embody authentic distressed styles. In just a short span of time, Golden Goose has established itself as one of Italy’s most prominent fashion brands over the past decade.
In our video, you’ll step into the store and discover a true gem—an on-site craftsman workshop, where customers have the opportunity to partake in the design process of their own shoes, adding a bespoke touch to their Golden Goose experience.
7. JIL SANDER
On January 12, 2023, Jil Sander, the iconic minimalist brand, made its debut in the District, located at 151 NE 41st St in Paradise Plaza, next door to Balenciaga. Hirsch Construction Corp. helped complete this project. The luxury label showcases timeless essentials with a captivating high-fashion twist. 8. Ralph Lauren
April 4, 2023, marked the unveiling of Ralph Lauren’s new concept store in Miami Design District, located at 170 NE 40th St. This two-story store elegantly showcases Ralph Lauren’s enduring vision of timeless American luxury.
