Verts Mediterranean Grill, a fast-growing Texas-based fast-casual restaurant chain, will open two more locations in Boston over the next few months as it expands its pita-fueled empire.

The company will open a restaurant at 545 Boylston St. on Friday, March 3, and another one at 265 Washington St. in Downtown Crossing in May — part of the chain’s plan to open 200 restaurants by 2020, officials said. And that likely won’t be the end of its local expansion. READE MORE
