Tell us about one specific project you worked on and which challenges you solved?
Recently we built in the Reedy Creek Improvement District in Orlando Florida. The specific job was in Disney Springs. We understood this would be somewhat of a complicated build, but we were not expecting the challenge in navigating the unique and vast inspection entities. After spending hours on email and phone calls, it still seemed we were missing some key information. The solution became evident that to adequately understand the inspectors involved and their requirements, we needed to be there in person. We flew out and coordinated meetings with each respective oversight department. The outcome was not only a fuller education, but a seamless and fluid build for our site superintendent. We delivered an exceptional store for our client and smoothly traversed all the requirements and inspections of 1)Disney’s Developer, 2) Reedy Creek Improvement District, 3) RCID Fire Department, 4) Site work Builder and 5) 3rd party inspectors.
Which milestones are you planning to achieve in the next 12 months?
With industry intel we recognize our clients are expanding into Alabama and Oregon. Our 12 month goal is to pick up these additional states with existing and new clients. To date, we are poised to hit this goal by 2nd qtr.
What is the one piece of business advice that you never got?
You don’t have to work in volume to be successful,……just be GREAT in the jobs you do.
