The purpose of the Project Manager is to support the regional construction department in the management of all construction ongoing projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all Wholesale, Outlet and Travel Retail construction projects
- Support on repair and maintenance for all Wholesale doors
- Financially manage construction projects from budgeting to close out & chargebacks
- Align with internal and external stakeholders with regards to updates, schedules and budgets
- Distribute weekly recap minutes for all current and on-going projects
- Provide the corporate procurement team with yearly material projections
- Provide the region with feasibility studies for potential stores/shop-in-shops
- Support the regional construction team with fabrication of needed forms and processes
- Support the finance team with chargeback invoicing and necessary forms
