Tell us about your company. What kind of product or service do you provide?
Michilli Inc. is primarily a General Contractor, and we specialize in building high end quality retail, commercial and residential spaces within a limited time frame. Over the past 23 years we have grown to be considered one of the most prominent National construction firms.
How many employees does your company currently have? Do you have offices in different States?
We currently have 80 employees with offices in New York City (HQ) and California. We are also currently building projects in states such as Massachusetts, Virginia, Florida, Texas, Illinois and Georgia.

What inspired the business and where is your company today?
The desire to bring beautiful designs to life is the inspiration for our business. Today we inspire our visitors and clients with our successful creations.
In which geographic area did you complete the majority of your projects?
We complete most of our projects throughout the United States, with many them being along the East and West Coasts.
Is your company specialized in completing projects in a specific industry, e.g. Food & Beverage?
Yes, we specialize primarily in retail projects, followed by commercial and residential.
Tell us about one specific project you worked on and which challenges you solved?
Our Valentino project on Fifth Avenue was probably one of our most challenging projects because of the time constraint, working with six different countries to coordinate materials and execution, in addition to budget issues and Fifth Avenue logistics in NYC. In the end, we tackled these challenges and created a beautiful Valentino NYC Flagship on Fifth Avenue.

Which milestones are you planning to achieve in the next 12 months?
We plan to advance the growth of the West Coast office, implement the latest in software and construction technology to improve efficiency and expand our global resources.
