Cartier, from NorthPark to Highland Park Village – Project by Dickinson Cameron Construction

It’s been a quiet coexistence between Dallas’ NorthPark Center and Highland Park Village. The two upscale shopping centers are about 3.4 miles or a 10-minute drive apart.

They really haven’t been in a huge competition for tenants, but there’s a move this fall that’s curious. Cartier moved from NorthPark to HPVillage. It’s a prestige brand that any center would want it on its directory.

The European jeweler, which only operates 33 stores in the U.S., has moved into space on the north side of HPVillage.

Dickinson Cameron Construction has worked with the brandon this project.
