Salvatore Ferragamo has signed a long-term lease at The Landmark Guadalajara, a new mixed-use project in Mexico comprised of more than 2 million square feet of prime retail, office space, and luxury residences.

The Landmark Guadalajara is located in the Puerto de Hierro district, the most exclusive and prestigious neighborhood in the city of Guadalajara.  Designed by Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, the distinctive property features a modern and innovative design.

Thor Equities Group – comprised of Mexico City-based Thor Urbana, Thor Equities Europe, and Thor Equities North America – has launched four new projects in Mexico totaling approximately 7 million square feet in October and November.
