Designer Virgil Abloh has launched yet another conceptual retail experience—this time for Louis Vuitton’s Fifth Avenue location in New York. To celebrate the launch of the luxury brand’s men’s spring/summer 2019 collection, which is inspired by The Wizard of Oz, Abloh has crafted a 12-story holographic mannequin at the corner of the store. Special window displays characterized by saturated skies, florals and a yellow brick road have been created in homage to the classic film and forthcoming collection.
