Adidas in Tanger Outlets
Recently, ACS completed the construction of two Adidas stores as part of Tanger Outlets located in different states. The first, occupying a generous 5,500 square feet, can be found in Locust Grove, Georgia. The second, in Fort Worth, Texas, is a spacious 7,550 square feet of retail space.
Rothy’s Opens in North Hills
Earlier this year, Rothy’s, the sustainable footwear boutique, catering to both women and men, made its debut in Raleigh, NC with the help of August Construction Solutions. Located in the North Hills, this 1,470-square-foot store, artfully designed by O’Neil Langan Architects, boasts a clean and inviting atmosphere, located between Lily Pulitzer and Bonobos. The store offers a curated selection of sustainable shoes, handbags, and accessories.
Anthropologie Opens in Birkdale Village
Expanding upon August Construction Solutions Inc.’s portfolio of Anthropologie projects, the GC company adds its latest addition: the Anthropologie location in Huntersville, North Carolina, at Birkdale Village next to American Eagle and Lululemon.
Anthropologie, renowned for its exceptional women’s clothing and accessories, occupies 140,000 square feet and its architectural design was crafted by New Studio Architecture.
This store also happens to be just around the corner to another successful August Construction Solutions project, the completion of the Warby Parker project just last year.
Rails Opens in Houston
Rails, the Los Angeles lifestyle brand catering to both men and women, opened its first store in Houston, Texas, located within Montrose Collective. This 2,395-square-foot establishment was brought to life through the efforts of August Construction Solutions. and the innovative design of Epoch Design Group Inc., marking the brand’s milestone as its tenth location nationwide.
