A Look into the Future of Bal Harbour Shops

From the historic fashion house LANVIN to Kiton’s anticipated upgrade, this article highlights a glimpse into the future of Bal Harbour with timelines of upcoming arrivals. This includes the much-anticipated opening of Lapérouse in August 2024,  Hublot’s relocation within the mall, and much more.

In case you missed it, the Bal Harbour pop-up has started its journey throughout the Southeast until January 2024.

1. LANVIN Recently Opened

LANVIN, the historic French fashion house founded in 1889, has reestablished its presence in Bal Harbour and reopened its doors on October 20, 2023.

2. Kiton Goes for an Upgrade 

Kiton, the Italian brand founded by Ciro Paone in Naples in 1968, is on schedule to open a larger store for men and women directly opposite its current location early December. The existing Kiton store in Bal Harbour Shops will close upon the grand opening of the new store location.

3. Lapérouse Will Open August 2024

The iconic Parisian lounge, Lapérouse has plans to open in Bal Harbour Shops in August 2024, the first U.S location for the Paris-based company. Right now, the lounge has locations in Paris, St. Tropez, and London, with its next location to open this December at Jeddah Walk in Saudi Arabia.

4. Hublot to Move Locations in Mall

Hublot, currently located next to Rolex, plans to relocate to a different location further down on the same floor within the mall. Although the anticipated opening date is still a bit in the future, there are indications suggesting a potential launch in January or February of next year.

5. Loewe Signs a Lease

Loewe is extending its presence from Miami Design District to the second floor of Bal Harbour. The LVMH-owned brand has not yet disclosed the anticipated opening date.
