1. Coming Soon: Chanel Beauty and Fragrance in Jacksonville
Next year, Chanel will unveil its Jacksonville Beauty and Fragrance Boutique at St. Johns Town Center, a project which Lux Brand Co. is currently working on. The store is roughly 1,200 square feet and appears to be near MAC Cosmetics. The estimated time of opening is summer 2024.

2. Coming Soon: Evereve in Houston
Adding to the list of upcoming retail store openings is Evereve at The Galleria, a shopping center in Houston, Texas. Lux Brand Co. is the general contractor for this 2,100-square-foot store which is expected to open in March 2024.

3. Faherty in Vero Beach, FL
Lux Brand Co. was the general contractor for the 1,100 square foot Faherty store in Village Shops, Vero Beach Florida.

4. Evereve in Georgia
Lux Brand Co. completed two Evereve projects in Georgia this past November. One of the stores is located at Roswell Street Center, north of Atlanta and the other store is located in Lenox Square, Atlanta.

5. Chanel Beauty and Fragrance in Mall of America
Lux Brand Co. has completed the 2,300-square-foot Chanel Beauty and Fragrance Store in Mall of America, Minnesota.

6. Radley London at Jersey Gardens
Lux Co. Brand was the general contractor for the 3,500-square-foot Radley London store at The Mills in Jersey Gardens.
