9 Luxury Retailers Open New Stores, Including Dior, JIL SANDER, and More

Several luxury brands have recently expanded their footprint, opening new stores around the world. From New York to Bangkok, we highlight the latest developments in luxury retail. 

Three of these retailers have collaborated with vendors leveraging 4URSPACE to establish connections with potential clients through the Global Vendor Marketplace.

Michilli Inc. helped launch the opening of Audemars Piguet House, Hirsch Construction Corp. contributed to the opening of Watches of Switzerland, and Axxys supported the opening of Alo Yoga’s first store in Québec, all of which are highlighted in this article. 

1. SANDRO Opens Two New Stores in the U.S.

SANDRO has recently expanded its presence with its new store in New York’s Meatpacking District at 405 W 13th St. The location showcases ready-to-wear collections within a Parisian-inspired environment, as highlighted in the company’s LinkedIn post. Additionally, SANDRO has opened another new store at Lenox Square Shopping Center in Atlanta. 

2. ZENITH Opens in Bangkok

The luxury watch brand, ZENITH, has unveiled its newest boutique at Siam Paragon in Bangkok, Thailand. Located on the M level of the shopping center, the store features a story bar, lounge, and merchandise.

3. Audemars Piguet Opens in Los Angeles

A brand new Audemars Piguet (AP) House has made its debut in Los Angeles. Covering 6,500 square feet, the store has a range of amenities, including a full bar, dining area, living room, watchmaking studio, and a terrace offering panoramic views of downtown L.A. Michilli Inc., a premium vendor on the 4URSPACE Global Vendor Marketplace, was the General Contractor for this project.

4. Watches of Switzerland Opens at American Dream

Watches of Switzerland has opened its newest location in American Dream mall in New Jersey, showcasing its selection of Rolex and Cartier. The GC firm, Hirsch Construction Corp. is a premium vendor on the Global Vendor Marketplace and worked on this project. 

5. Bottega Veneta Opens in Milan 

Bottega Veneta opens its first location in Milan, a two-story store with walnut wood and a curved staircase, all designed by creative director Matthieu Blazy.

6. Alo Yoga Opens in Québec

Los Angeles-based Alo Yoga opens in Québec as part of their expansion strategy into the Canadian market. Axxys was the General Contractor for this project and is also a premium vendor on the 4URSPACE Global Vendor Marketplace. Since the summer, the brand has opened stores in Vancouver, Edmonton, and Calgary markets.

7. Kiton Opens in Hong Kong 

Kiton introduced a new store in Hong Kong in the Elements Mall, just after they completed their new flagship store at Shanghai’s Citic Plaza.

8. Dior Opens in Waikiki Hawaii 

Dior opens a new boutique in Waikiki Hawaii featuring both women’s and men’s apparel, accessories, watches, jewelry, and eyewear. This is the largest mono-brand space of Dior in Hawaii.

9. JIL SANDER Opens First U.K. Store on Bond Street

JIL SANDER recently opened at 134 Bond Street, its first standalone store on Bond Street neighboring Brunello Cucinelli, Loewe, and Celine, showcasing women’s and men’s runway and pre-collections.
