Balenciaga has made a significant statement with the grand opening of its flagship store in The Avenue at American Dream. This 2-level establishment covers over 10,460 square feet, the largest Balenciaga store in the United States.
5. Valentino in New York
Valentino welcomes customers to its new boutique located at 98 Prince Street. The general contractor for this project was Michilli Inc. and the local architect was Atmosphere Design Group. These two firms are premium vendors on the 4URSPACE Global Vendor Marketplace.
Architectural highlights include glass block tables with lighting, a sleek black oak wood floor, fabric-upholstered walls, an arena-shaped central plexiglass installation, and backlit niches along the perimeter, as reported by Michilli Inc. via LinkedIn.

Chanel has unveiled its latest boutique on 5th Avenue in NYC, dedicated to fine jewelry and watches. Located at 730 Fifth Ave. in the Crown Building, the interiors are the creation of renowned architect Peter Marino.
